This position is directly responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of most strategic accounts and is the single point of accountability for the key Enterprise clients.
* Develop and formulate strategic and tactical plans in a bigger market portfolio. Ensure KPI and goals of the assigned accounts in the portfolio are met
* Leading all aspects of account management and new business development activities including strategy development & tactical execution, setting account goals and objectives, driving efforts to achieve it
* Work with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, network and sales) to differentiate ourselves and enhance our competitiveness
* Build market position in the assigned account by identifying potential business deals and closing relationship with existing and new customers
* Working closely with Solution Channels Manager and Identifying new solutions for all assigned customers for sustainable account growth
* Tertiary education in relevant field of study
* Ideal candidate should be with minimum 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in FMCG/IT/Technology business and key account management in either sales or marketing field
* Good working knowledge in using CRM system
* Ability to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced environment
* Dynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operations
