The Company:
The business are a long standing and highly reputable Audio‑Visual and core technology business that specialise in the most up to date and latest collaboration between AV and workplace technology systems.
The Role:This position is for a Lead Installation Technician to be responsible for a small team and to help run the full installation process onsite with clients. Although managerial you will still need to get involved with the install activities and have a good understanding of the software systems that sit behind the solutions.
Key Criteria Needed:- Over 5 years of experience working within the AV industry within the integration side of the market
- Lead and supervise on‑site AV installations and day‑to‑day workflow
- Proven experience with systems and equipment such as Crestron, QSYS, Yealink, Logitech, Commbox, View Sonic, Poly, Shure etc
- Communicate clearly with clients and keep them informed of progress
