Requirements- Valid New York State nursing license
- Minimum 1 year of work experience post-licensure
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Experience with sterile technique and routine clinical procedures
- BLS certification
- Conduct pre-employment and return-to-work screenings
- Perform diagnostic testing and immunizations
- Collect specimens and manage chain-of-custody paperwork
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Conduct TB testing and administer various immunizations
- Provide patient education and resource support
COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only). RTO documentation must be presented at the time of submittal.
