Construction Laborer

Pay: $20-$25/hour
Location:
Cohoes, NY
Shift: 6:30AM-4PM, overtime available
What You'll Do- Assist with the construction, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure.
- Support excavation, site preparation, and utility installation projects.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators as needed.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Respond to emergency and repair work when required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cohoes, NY.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
