Position: Head - Outreach (Admissions, Higher Education)
Job Role:

1. Develop and propose the admissions strategy for identified institutions.

2. Implement the approved admissions strategy and achieve the desired targets and

goals.

3. Deliver a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their

families.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

Communication:

- Develop and maintain high-quality admission-related content for various channels
- (website, brochures, emails, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Admission Process :

- Define and propose a seamless admissions process to ensure a smooth and efficient
- experience for applicants and their parents.
- Collect and analyse feedback from parents and applicants for continuous improvement.
- Update the institution on current International / Domestic admissions trends.

Consultants & Admission firms :

- Identify and propose partnerships with consultants and admission firms to expand the
- institution's outreach.
- Propose targets for consultant engagement and monitor the effectiveness of these
- partnerships.
- Negotiate and propose commercials with consultants and admission firms.

Admission Interface :

- Manage a responsive and efficient admission call centre.
- Establish and maintain a robust response mechanism to address inquiries and concerns
- promptly.
- Monitor call centre performance and implement improvements as needed.

Admission Team:

- Train and manage a high-performing admissions team.
- Set performance metrics and goals for the team aligned with admissions objectives.
