We’re hiring a Branch Manager to run one of our high-opportunity local branches in Coimbatore, India.

This is an owner/operator role: you will manage the branch P&L, lead the local sales & outreach strategy, hire and coach the team, control costs, oversee inventory, and deliver exceptional customer experience. You will also be expected to pilot new operational tools and improve processes continuously.

What you’ll own

• P&L accountability: deliver revenue growth, margin improvement and meet monthly sales targets.

• Sales & outreach: develop and execute local sales plans, partnerships, and pipeline.

• Headcount & performance: hire, schedule and coach staff; manage labor to budget.

• Cost control & quality: identify and eliminate waste while protecting service levels.

• Inventory & operations: maintain >98% stock accuracy and minimise stockouts.

• Corporate reporting: timely, accurate branch reports and forecast inputs.

• Customer experience: resolve escalations and own branch NPS/CSAT improvements.

• Talent pipeline: recruit for service and sales roles; own local employer brand.

• Innovation: test and scale tools/processes that raise productivity and customer value.

What we’re looking for...

• 4+ years managing a branch or multi-site retail/field operation, with P&L experience.

• Demonstrated commercial impact (revenue/margin results) and evidence of cost optimisation.

• Strong analytical skills, able to read a P&L, build simple forecasts, and prioritise actions.

• Experience hiring:
Coaching and retaining front-line teams.

• Operational discipline:
Inventory control, compliance, and scheduling.

Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics.

• Comfortable with technology: CRM/BI exposure or quick to learn new tools.

• Excellent communicator and decisive under pressure.

Nice to have:

• Experience running performance incentives, workforce planning tools, or local marketing partnerships.
