We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our Finance, Administration, and Customer Success functions. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, statutory compliance, and exceptional customer engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Compliance

- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance with GST, ESI, PF, and Income Tax regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, statutory bodies, and government departments for all financial and legal requirements.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance in financial operations.

Administration Management

- Lead and streamline all administrative functions, including office management, vendor coordination, and asset management.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and company policies for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, expense reports, and resource allocation.

Customer Relations & Correspondence

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and relationship management.
- Ensure prompt, professional, and solution-oriented communication with customers regarding sales and support.
- Draft and review all customer correspondence, proposals, agreements, and official communications.
- Foster long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Leadership & Communication

- Provide strong leadership to the admin, accounts, and support teams.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Communicate confidently and effectively in English (written and verbal) with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in finance, administration, and/or customer relations.
- Proven expertise in statutory compliance (GST, ESI, PF, IT).
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in ERP or SaaS environments is a plus.
