Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Bartender for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Head Bartender will oversee the bar operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, training and mentoring bar staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with the management team to create innovative drink menus and implement cost-effective practices.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Bartending and knowledge of crafting and serving cocktails and other beverages
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to manage interactions with guests and team members effectively
Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge to understand pairings and menu offerings
Skills in Cash Handling and ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily sales
Leadership experience with the ability to train, guide, and motivate team members
Attention to detail and expertise in maintaining a clean and organized bar environment
Previous experience in a similar role and certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus
