RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Schedule: Full Time:
Evening Shift 11pm-7am;
Part Time options:
Weekend Baylor, 7am-3pm Per Diem.

Compensation: Pay Negotiable. Reciprocity Assistance Available. Travel/Contracts Considered. Prior Long Term Care Experience required.

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and long-term care.

• Assist in implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team.
• Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
• Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills, and intervene as needed.

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as an RN (Registered Nurse).
• Pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation.
