Job Overview

Position: RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Site: 59 Harrington Ct, Colchester, CT 06415 Shift: 11pm–7am (Full Time) with options for Part Time weekend or 7am–3pm Per Diem. Pay:
Negotiable with daily pay available. Benefits:

Responsibilities
  • Care Needs & Planning:
    Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
  • Staff Oversight & Scheduling:
    Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
  • Family & Team Liaison:
    Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Documentation:
    Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
  • Family, Resident, Staff

    Education:

    Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.
Qualifications
  • Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as an RN Registered Nurse.
  • Prior long‑term care experience required.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation.
  • Excellence in leadership and clinical competency.
