We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular service.

• Sells all products and services offered by the Company and meets all sales objectives.
• Handles all administrative aspects of the sale, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders.
• Maintains strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Maintains knowledge of competitive offers and provides critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handles service inquiries from customers.
• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

• Uses competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Stays up‑to‑date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi‑Fi and data devices.
• Understands customers' needs and helps them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Multi‑tasks in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Works a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and occasionally overtime.
• Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations.
• Interacts with customers and provides prompt and courteous service to all customers in person, via phone, or written note.
• Position may be commissioned and quota based.

• 1–3 years of retail/wireless phone sales experience.
