We're working with a forward-thinking residential care provider seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to help shape a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic home for young people aged 7-17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

🌟 The Opportunity

As Team Leader, you'll:

Lead and supervise Residential Support Workers, setting the standard for exceptional childcare practice

Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, therapeutic care

Create a structured and emotionally supportive home environment

Support young people to attend appointments, family visits, and community activities

Be a consistent, positive role model during pivotal moments in their lives

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with care standards while keeping the focus where it belongs - on the young people.

💡 Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

Has experience in a children's residential care setting

Has held supervisory or senior responsibilities

Understands the complex needs of adolescents in care

Is dynamic, resilient, and emotionally intelligent

Holds a full UK driving licence

Is 23+ (due to regulatory requirements)

Has the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
