Action Staffing is currently recruiting an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming, highly-rated early years setting in [Insert Location]. • Deliver Outstanding Care:
  Provide a safe, nurturing, and highly stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• EYFS Planning:
  Plan, observe, and lead age-appropriate, play‑based activities that support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS framework.
• Key Person Duties:
  Act as a dedicated Key Person, tracking children’s milestones, maintaining learning journals, and building secure attachments.
• Parent Partnerships:
  Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, providing daily feedback on their child's progress.
• Safeguarding:
  Ensure all health, safety, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed at all times.

• Qualification:
  
  A recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or BTEC Level
  3).
• Experience:
  
  Previous hands‑on experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and current safeguarding procedures.
• Clearances:
  An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) and the right to work in the UK.
• Attitude:
  Reliable, proactive, and a fantastic team player.
