Your Bar Team brilliance includes:

• A positive, can-do approach with guests and teammates
• A thirst for knowledge – spirits, wines, cocktails and mastering the perfect serve.
• A natural communicator who enjoys chatting with customers in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn bar systems and processes – tills, stock rotation, cellar basics.
• Reliability and punctuality

No two shifts are the same on the Bar, you’ll be:

• Serving drinks and food with a smile
• Chatting with locals and regulars
• Pouring the perfect pints, mixing drinks and learning your spirits and wines
• Taking orders and handling payments
• Helping open and close the bar, including weekends and bank holidays
