The Dragonfly Hotel Colchester offers a welcoming and supportive environment to work, set in a great location just minutes from Colchester’s historic city centre and surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside. With 50 well-equipped rooms, the hotel provides a modern yet relaxed setting, where attention to detail and great service are at the heart of everything we do.

No two days are the same! In the role of our Housekeeper you'll:

• Provide a high-quality cleaning across guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas and team spaces.
• Make sure our standards don’t just meet expectations – they exceed them!
• Take pride in maintaining a fresh, inviting environment throughout the hotel.
• Support the wider team with additional housekeeping duties when needed.
