Salary up to approximately £32,000 per annum + Call out + O/Time + Productivity Bonus up to £400 p/month

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled A/C Engineer working on a contract based within the Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich area handling maintenance issues on Commercial electrical plant equipment within Commercial buildings. This salary range may be negotiable dependant on Qualifications within additional trades.

Duties as required of an Air Conditioning Engineer (but not limited to):

• Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
• Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to:
  Control systems, Split Units, VRV’s, Chillers, Pressurisation Units, BMS.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including risk assessment & working safely with equipment.
• Respond to re-active works.
• Required to work on callout for the contract and option to work overtime to boost earnings

• BMS experience as well as other multi skilled talents within building services is desirable

• Full Valid Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance – Essential
• F-Gas – Essential

Suitable training and up-skilling – May be given, as and when required
