Builder – Windows, Doors & Conservatories
Up to £70,000 OTE
Self‑employed, Full‑time
Location:
2, Stanway Retail Park, Peartree Rd, Colchester CO3 0LX
Also available roles in Chelmsford, Milton Keynes and Romford.
Responsibilities- Assist in meeting increased sales demand from marketing campaigns and 14 show centres across the East of England and South East.
- Perform base preparation for domestic conservatory and single storey extension builds, including brickwork and structural openings.
- Deliver high‑quality workmanship with a focus on customer service.
- Manage weekday schedules with additional weekend work where preferred.
- Experience as a self‑employed builder.
- Competency in brickwork and structural openings.
- Strong knowledge of base preparation for domestic conservatory and single storey extension builds.
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.
