Position Overview

Vehicle Technician – Level 3, part of the After Sales team.

Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, repair and inspection of customer and company vehicles as instructed.
Diagnose vehicle faults.
Operate following technical literature and Service Procedure Manual, using skill and experience.
Comply with Warranty Procedures as outlined in the Service Procedure Manual.
Ensure customer vehicles are kept secure and clean.
Attend required training courses.
Support and implement the Company’s Quality System and perform duties documented in relevant procedures.
Maintain a neat personal appearance.
Keep own work station clean and free from waste or unmarked spare parts.
Be flexible to cover a wide variety of duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

Qualified Level 3 Technician with relevant field experience.

Benefits

Competitive salary £36,000–£40,000.

Potential tax‑free bonus up to £3,600 after 12 months of employment.
