Leicester, Derby and Nottingham Salary: £22.37 via Umbrella Job Type: Temp to Perm We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong customer focus, and enjoys working in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and making good. Complete reactive and planned maintenance works in social housing properties. Prepare surfaces and ensure all work is finished to a high standard. Work efficiently while maintaining excellent health and safety practices. Communicate professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors. Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy upon completion.

Requirements Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or property maintenance. Ability to carry out a range of plastering repairs independently. Full UK driving licence. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience working in occupied and void properties. Relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering. Asbestos awareness, manual handling, or health and safety certifications.
