2 x FULL TIME – 40 HOURS, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Property Services are seeking to employ a Multi Trade Field Operative (with a carpentry bias) who is capable of undertaking responsive repairs, routine and planned maintenance.
Individuals must be able to carry out a wide range of responsive repairs but must have a particular bias to carpentry work.
Individuals must have a ‘can do attitude’ and drive to provide an excellent service to tenants and leaseholders in the borough.
Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential and candidates will be required to demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer service. Individuals must ensure that all health, safety and environmental guidelines are followed.
