Hours:

Minimum 40 hours per week, 6am start daily
- Working Monday to Sunday

Please only apply if you are happy to occasionally overnight stay for work. Adecco Colchester is currently recruiting Farm Workers to join a busy agricultural operation. This is a hands-on outdoor role, ideal for candidates who enjoy practical work and working in a farming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing farm seed to required standards Conducting quality checks on seed products Taking seed samples for testing and inspection Operating, maintaining, and checking seed processing machinery Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations Carrying out manual handling and physical tasks as required Driving company vans between farms and field locations Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Own transport is required to get to site each morning - not accessible on public transport Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Previous agricultural or farming experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided What to Bring:
