Outreach Assistant

CVOEO's Weatherization Program Is Hiring!

Working as a member of the administrative team, the Outreach Assistant will provide program support including outreach, client eligibility and verification, maintaining confidential files, database entry and reporting, job pre-closings and a variety of administrative duties.

• Provide professional and courteous front desk and phone reception
• Respond to application requests in a timely manner
• Provide general program eligibility information to potential clients by phone and in person

Requirements include an associate's degree in a related field and a minimum of two years' experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Effective verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to comply with and uphold CVOEO and Weatherization safety standards. Fast and accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills to maintain data flow, electronic files, and paper files, with job-based systems and multiple funding sources. Experience with the internet and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Access); building modeling software desirable.
