Following continued expansion, they are seeking an Automotive Electronics Engineer to join their experienced and collaborative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic components at both unit and PCB level, using specialist test equipment and diagnostic software. You will play a key role in ensuring products are restored to the highest quality standards before being returned to customers.

The Role- Test and diagnose electronic components using specialist diagnostic equipment and software
- Identify faults at both unit and PCB level and carry out effective repairs
- Dismantle, remanufacture and restore electronic assemblies to original performance standards
- Carry out PCB‑level repair and component replacement activities
- Perform final testing and quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to continuously improve technical knowledge and repair processes
- Strong practical knowledge of electronics and electronic fault finding
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with PCB‑level soldering and electronic component handling
- Understanding of automotive electronic systems, ECUs or EV electronics would be highly advantageous
- Confident using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
