The Town of Colchester seeks a detail-oriented Planner to administer DRB permits and to guide the public through the permitting process. Staff DRB meetings, draft findings and decisions, conduct site inspections, and investigate violations to ensure compliance.
Successful applicants will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience or an equivalent combination, with proficiency in standard office suites. A Vermont driver’s license and evening meeting attendance are required.
