Supervisor Environmental Services
We're hiring a Supervisor for Environmental Services on the Evening/Night Shift!
- Full-Time | 80 Hours Bi-Weekly
- Shifts typically range between 1 PM - 2 AM (8-hour shifts)
- Pay Range: $20 - $28.89/hour, based on experience
- The Department Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Manager of Environmental Services by administering all programs by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and consistency throughout all areas of the hospital.
- Education: High school degree required. Associates preferred.
- Experience: Cleaning and Sanitation required.
- Special Skills: Understanding of OSHA regulations, hospital safety, infection control, general cleaning and floor maintenance skills, and excellent customer service.
- Other: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be insurable.
- Reports To: Environmental Services Manager
- Supervises: Environmental Services team
- Other Contacts: All employees, patients, their families, vendors, and the general public on and offsite.
- Machinery or Equipment Used: Industrial cleaning equipment, hospital vehicles, computer, phone, tablet
- Physical Demands: Energy requirements, lifting, bending, walking, repetitive gripping, occasional desk sitting
- Working Conditions: Exposure to cleaning agents, blood-borne pathogens, extreme temperatures, uneven surfaces
- Required Protective Equipment: Mask, booties, gloves, hairnet, lab coat, face shield, gown, goggles
