What You Will Be Doing

The Janitorial Multi-site supervisor is a critical member of our operational leadership team. Working closely with area leaders, the Janitorial Multi-site Supervisor manages and supports a team of cleaners across multiple client locations. You will work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role requires you to be flexible, solve problems, and create a safe workplace for your team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of management experience (in any industry), some professional cleaning experience, and reliable personal transportation.

Our Multi-site Supervisor positions are based out of Colchester, VT.

Sunday-Thursday

Hours:

4:00PM - 1:00AM

Area Quality Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training, retraining, and assisting cleaners.
• Help provide cleaning services when staff are out.
• Keeping customer accounts in good standing.
• Interacting positively and professionally with customers face-to-face and via email/ phone.
• Completing administrative duties, including but not limited to time-off requests, employee evaluations, weekly timecard reviews, etc.
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner.
• Helping with project work such as glass cleaning, hard floor and carpets.
• Being a visible, friendly face for Jani Tech.

Area Quality Leader Requirements and

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of management experience in any industry. (required)
• Professional cleaning or janitorial experience. (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Successfully pass a Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to reprioritize tasks as needed.
• A positive, team-player mentality.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

• Frequent reaching and lifting.
