COMPENSATION $27 – $36 per hour Contract-to-hire

Full-time, 40+ hours/week (overtime available)

Incentives:

Day

Shift: $1,500 bonus after 180 days Night

Shift: $2,500 bonus after 180 daysSCHEDULEDay

Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PMNight

Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM(4 openings per shift)
POSITION OVERVIEW - Welder (TIG) – Day & Night Shift Openings (8 Total)
We are seeking skilled TIG Welders to support fabrication of light gauge stainless steel systems used in high-tech manufacturing facilities. These systems include exhaust piping that is installed in semiconductor, battery, and data center environments.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential. Candidates must complete an onsite weld test — those who pass have a very high likelihood of receiving an offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES Perform TIG welding on light gauge stainless steel materials

Fabricate exhaust piping systems for high-tech facilities

Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSTIG welding experience required (light gauge stainless steel preferred)
Ability to pass an onsite weld test Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production environments

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications

Strong attention to detail and quality PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with piping or exhaust systems

Experience working in high-volume production environments

Prior experience supporting industrial or high-tech manufacturing
