Description
As the Crater/Packer within our belt shop, you will construct wooden crates to efficiently and successfully ship finished products to our customers.

Shift: 4x10 Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm.
Second Shift: 4x10 Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm-2:00am.
- Build various wooden crates for shipment and protective packaging of finished products
- Load crates with forklift or overhead crane, frequently with the assistance of other shop personnel.
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to meet shipping requirements.
- Communicate with the Belt shop team to coordinate priority
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills for asking questions and presenting information to others.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Demonstrate safe building construction skills, similar to a house framer, using saws, pneumatic nail guns and staplers.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Attention to details and numbers for accuracy
Hourly wage range:
First shift $21.00 to 24.00 per hour. Second shift $23.00 to $30.00 per hour which includes our 20% shift premium.
