The Grants and Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for developing, securing, and managing Age Well’s portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funding. This position leads grant strategy, proposal development, funder stewardship, compliance, reporting, and prospect research to support the organization’s fundraising goals. Working collaboratively across departments, this role identifies new funding opportunities, cultivates funding relationships, and serves as Age Well’s primary grant professional.

Essential

Job Functions Grant Strategy & Revenue Development
  • Develop and implement an annual grants and corporate funding strategy aligned with organizational priorities and revenue goals.
  • Research, identify, and pursue foundation, corporate, government, and other funding opportunities.
  • Write and submit high-quality grant proposals, applications, letters of inquiry, budgets, and supporting materials.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of grant prospects and funding opportunities to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with program, finance, marketing, and leadership staff to develop funding strategies for existing and emerging initiatives.
  • Monitor funding trends and secure new funding while maintaining strong relationships with current funders.
  • Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, award management, reporting, renewals, and compliance.
  • Maintain the grants calendar and ensure timely submission of all applications and reports.
  • Coordinate grant documentation, budgets, financial information, and outcome reporting.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with foundation, corporate, and government funders.
Grant Management & Stewardship
  • Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, award management, reporting, renewals, and compliance.
  • Maintain the grants calendar and ensure timely submission of all applications and reports.
  • Coordinate grant documentation, budgets, financial information, and outcome reporting.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with foundation, corporate, and government funders.
Corporate Relations & Portfolio Management
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate partners and corporate foundations.
  • Collaborate with the Advancement team to identify sponsorship and corporate giving opportunities.
  • Conduct prospect research and maintain accurate grant records, deadlines, and funding activity within Bloomerang.
  • Prepare regular reports on grant activity, pipeline performance, and revenue projections.
Organizational Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Advancement team to execute the annual fundraising plan.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather data, measure outcomes, and communicate program impact.
  • Participate in strategic planning and serve as an ambassador for Age Well in the community.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, English, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of grant writing, grants management, nonprofit fundraising, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated success securing foundation, corporate, and government funding.
  • Strong knowledge of public and private funding sources.
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with donor management/CRM systems;
    Bloomerang preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
