Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Non-Clinical Case Manager in Colchester, VT

Psy Phy Care , a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Non-Clinical Case Manager supporting a federal government wellness and readiness program in Colchester, Vermont.

This position provides non-clinical case management services to program participants to promote medical readiness, personal wellness, and overall operational support. The RN Case Manager coordinates services, facilitates access to care, and ensures proper utilization of available medical and community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate non-clinical case management services for assigned participants

  • Facilitate referrals and assist with accessing medical, behavioral health, and community resources

  • Monitor case progression to support readiness and wellness objectives

  • Ensure appropriate utilization of services and benefits

  • Communicate with program leadership and healthcare personnel regarding case status

  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records in accordance with federal guidelines

  • Provide education and guidance regarding wellness resources and follow-up care

  • Participate in quality assurance and reporting activities as required

Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Vermont or ability to obtain)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of case management, care coordination, or utilization management experience

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in a structured federal environment

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Ability to pass federal background screening

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal or military-affiliated programs

  • Experience with medical readiness, occupational health, or wellness programs

  • Certification in Case Management (CCM) preferred

  • Prior government contract experience
