Registered Nurse Lead
Euola is seeking Registered Nurse Lead to provide non-clinical case management services supporting military personnel readiness. Coordinate care, track medical cases, and ensure compliance with Army medical readiness standards at the Vermont Army National Guard, Colchester VT.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned Soldier medical cases from identification to resolution
- Coordinate care across providers, facilities, and military units
- Maintain and update case files in systems (eCase, MEDCHART, MEDPROS)
- Prepare cases for Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB/PEB)
- Conduct monthly case reviews and reporting
- Support readiness events (PHA, SRP, mobilization processing)
- Educate Soldiers on medical readiness and resources
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Vermont or eligible)
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- 3–5+ years clinical or case management experience
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Experience with medical documentation systems preferred
- Military/VA/Dod experience (preferred)
- Case management certification (preferred)
