Position Overview
The McClure Miller Respite House (MMRH) is Vermont’s only Medicare-certified inpatient hospice residence. This role focuses on patient care and education to meet the physical and emotional needs of patients while providing support to families during the last chapter of life. The position is part‑time, with 24hours of standard care per week and biweekly scheduled hours of 48hours. The primary nighttime shift runs from 7:00PM to 7:30AM, with weekend coverage required every weekend.

- On‑call:
Not required - Night differentials range from $3.10 to $5.20
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
- Meet the physical and emotional needs of patients.
- Provide support to families.
- One or more years of directly related home, public health, or hospice nursing experience preferred.
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time external applicants (additional terms and conditions apply).
- On‑site parking.
- Competitive salary range: minimum $37.39, mid $47.04, maximum $56.69.
