Assignment for 13-16 weeks. " Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance RN for Adult Home Health: CANNOT accommodate 10H shifts. 1 weekend per month, will have time off during week to accommodate weekend schedule. This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, recertifications and discharges).

We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays but CANNOT have Christmas and Christmas Eve off:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: " AHA BLS required " Prior travel is required " Must have 1-2 years of home health experience, preferably someone who is fluent in Oasis " NEED to have strong clinical/assessment skills and fluent in navigating different EMRs " EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
