Manage the grocery operation of a retail unit including dry grocery, dairy, frozen foods and DSD;
Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of the Grocery department including budgeted sales, gross margin, shrink, CTO and payroll;
Coordinate merchandising of all Grocery/General Merchandise products and ensure department is well stocked and presented;
Train and develop all associates within the Grocery department and ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed;
Act as the total store operator in the absence of Store Manager and Co-Manager
