Manage the overall operation of the Produce Department including budgeting, financial results, product ordering, human resource/training and inventory control measures;
Oversee clerks within the department and monitor merchandising, rotation and inventory levels to promote sales;
Ensure all produce associates provide high levels of customer courtesy and service;
Execute merchandising programs per department guidelines and maintain a neat, clean workstation following 5S standards;
Train new associates in produce operations and manage department to meet company standards
