• Recruit, train, and develop a group of talented agents to expand our reach in the Colchester area.
• Cultivate a supportive, collaborative culture where every team member feels empowered to reach their personal goals.
• Establish meaningful connections with local business owners and residents to broaden our community presence.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure all team members provide thoughtful, comprehensive advice to clients.
• Implement effective sales strategies that prioritize long-term client retention over short-term quotas.
• Monitor industry trends to adapt our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of the Vermont insurance landscape and local market regulations.
• Strong ability to mentor junior agents and foster professional growth.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills for community networking.
• Experience with agency management systems and data-driven sales reporting.
