- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
- Load/unload materials and tools.
- Perform site cleanup and material organization.
- Support framing, concrete, demolition, and finish work.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean jobsite.
- Learn construction skills through hands‑on experience.
- Construction experience.
- Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Team‑oriented, professional, and safety‑focused mindset.
Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour. This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.
