The Facilities Department at Saint Michael’s College is inviting applications for a full-time Building Trades Supervisor. This position manages the carpenters, painters, and locksmith within the department to ensure all campus buildings are functional, comfortable and secure by providing timely responses to issues. The position is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with the need for overtime and working off hours/days at times.
Responsibilities- General repairs and maintenance to all campus buildings and building components
- Plans daily and future projects/schedules of all department members
- Plans and implements renovation/upgrade/repair projects with contractors
- Addresses and assigns daily work orders
The salary range for this position is $32-$36/hr.

Qualifications- Minimum 5 years work experience in residential and commercial carpentry/construction
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (must be able to successfully pass driving record check)
- Access to reliable, flexible transportation to meet on-call requirements
