Colchester's Dept. of Public Works is hiring a Mechanic II with advanced knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostics and repair, including heavy equipment, emergency service vehicles and small engines.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of eight years of related experience, the ability to diagnose problems to determine the correct repair, and a valid Commercial Driver’s License is required. Town provides all tools and a Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime as needed.
