Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality industrial piping and ventilation solutions for a variety of commercial applications. They are seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues on production equipment to reduce downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing systems and facility machinery.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment such as press brakes, fiber lasers, sheet metal rollers, and automated welding lines.
• Support facility utilities upkeep, including air compressors, process gas lines, and high-vacuum systems.
• Accurately document work orders and manage spare parts inventory in the maintenance management system.
• Follow strict safety procedures and comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
