Overview
Join CCS in a rewarding position that supports youth in transition from high school and adults with disabilities. This role supports our Bridging Program to aid in its continued success by helping students build skills in community engagement, independent living, and job readiness as they transition to adulthood. This position also provides individualized employment supports to adults, including job exploration, job readiness, employer outreach, on-the-job training, and ongoing support to help people succeed in meaningful employment.
