Position OverviewWe are hiring a Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the transportation operations within our organisation.
DetailsShift Pattern: Monday‑Friday rotating between 6am and 11am starts
Salary: From £30,000.00

- Managing the supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinating and scheduling transportation activities
- Leading a team of drivers and logistics staff
- Communicating effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers
- Driving continuous improvement in transportation processes
- Utilising IT systems for route planning and tracking shipments
- Providing excellent customer service to resolve transportation issues promptly
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to drive operational efficiencies in transportation processes
- Proficiency in IT systems related to transportation management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Customer service‑oriented approach to handle queries and complaints efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word for documentation purposes
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
