Family Ministry Leader at CLCC

Location: City of Cold Lake

Become the Family Ministry Leader at CLCC, empowering parents to disciple their children and fostering a vibrant ministry for ages 0-11. Lead initiatives that connect families and deepen their faith.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with lead and associate pastors to develop a comprehensive discipleship process. You will help create engaging weekly services and family small groups while training volunteers who work with children. Building close relationships with parents and supporting them in their parenting journey will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute family-focused events and programs

• Implement effective discipleship processes and volunteer training

• Connect new parents to community resources

• Foster relationships among parents and families

• Partner with other ministry groups for outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of biblical principles and POAC teachings

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Experience recruiting and training teams

• Commitment to working with children and families

• Educational background in Theology or related fields

Cultivate spiritual growth and family engagement within the CLCC community.
