Intermediate Environmental Scientist

At Worley Consulting, you will deliver critical programs for contaminated site management in Cold Lake. This position blends extensive field experience with team mentoring and project leadership. You will engage in environmental assessments and help develop junior staff while ensuring safety and technical excellence in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental field programs including water and soil sampling

• Complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 site assessments

• Provide day-to-day leadership and training to junior team members

• Support project execution and coordination with Project Managers

• Prepare technical reports meeting client and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field

• 3 years of practical environmental field experience in Alberta

• Ability to mentor less-experienced team members

• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to relocate to Cold Lake, Alberta
