Position: Endless Rod Unit Rig Assistant Role

As an ERU Rig Assistant, you will support the operator in various tasks, ensuring safety and operational readiness on client well sites. Your responsibilities will entail tool inspection, maintenance of service units, and promoting safety leadership among peers. The ideal candidate is proactive and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in continuous rod service operations at well sites

• Engage in safety meetings and hazard assessments

• Promote strong interpersonal relationships with team members

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas

• Ensure timely and accurate paperwork completion

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent qualification

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Preferred experience in well servicing and rod handling

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass drug and alcohol tests

• Strong communication and ability to handle pressure
