• Creates and/ limits access to assigned area, to unclude opening and lock up of the facility,
• Cleans, sets up, tears down assigned area.
• Floors-vacuums, sweeps,mops, and/ scrubs.
• Bathrooms-cleanas assigned.
• Cleans entire space as assigned.
• Empty garbage and recycling.
• Assists parents and other visitors to school buildings with special events and programs.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Fix/ repair school property as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

ROCORI Public Schools is hiring a Custodian. The schedule is flexible and can include days and evenings but will be primarilly weekends (Friday through Sunday)

Head Custodian

Department: Custodial

Works with: Teachers, students, parents

Job Summary: A Custodian performs general cleaning, occasional maintenance, sets up and takes down equipment for events.

• Fix/ repair school property as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position is PT and will focus on weekend coverage of events such as Wrestling meets, Plays, and Dance events ect.

The hourly rate scale for a Custodian is $17.39- $21.47.
