Production Manager

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Manager for a leading beverage packaging company located in Cold Spring, MN. If you are looking for a fast‑paced role with consistent hours and full‑time benefits, this position could be a great fit.

• Supervise and manage daily plant operations
• Fill in for Production Supervisor when absent
• Assist Line Leads in set‑up, changeover and troubleshooting/problem solving of machine issues
• Update and print changeover sheets used on machine changeovers
• Assist in AX facilitation
• Verify BOMs and inventory in AX prior to start of production order
• Investigate and document any issues or abnormalities with the AX system
• Facilitate and document all training for new recruits, 30, 60, 90 day and annual reviews
• Track and update the yield loss tracker
• Review and sign off on daily quality forms
• Review and file daily downtime, waste tracking, and complete LPN documents
• Print and assign weekly/monthly cleaning PMs and record in MP2
• Act as liaison for production processes during customer and vendor visits

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a high‑speed production environment
• Ability to read and interpret in English
• Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems is preferred
• Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations is preferred
• Knowledge of working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and using customer portals is preferred
