JOB INFO:

Location:

Cold Spring, MN

Wage: $16/hour + $4 retention bonus

NOTE:

Retention bonus is paid out at the end of the summer based on work performance and attendance.

The employee must work through the summer OR another date that is pre-set by the applicant and the supervisor.

Status:
This is a temporary; full-time hourly position for the duration of the summer

Hours:

5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday;
Fridays as needed and overtime as needed

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

* Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner

* Performing 5S and TPM duties as assigned

* Cross-training on other machines in the area as needed

* Performing other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be 17 years old or older

* Read and understand a tape measure

* Read and understand shop tickets

* Able to stand for the entire shift

* Be a self-motivated worker that can also work on a team

* Works with limited supervision

* Lifts up to 50 - 70 lbs.
