Position summary:
the production supply clerk is responsible for receiving and providing supplies to production.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* organizes and maintains the warehouse in a clean and sanitary manner.
* receives supplies and verifies quantities on packing slip.
* issuing cardboard supplies to meet production requirements.
* rotates stock based on inventory turnover.
* assist in reviewing department sop's.
* other duties as required.
Educational requirements and basic qualifications:
* demonstrated ability to read, write and speak english
* demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations
* ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* valid forklift and pallet jack license required
* ability to work under minimal supervision
* ability to analyze and respond to storage problems
* must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
* knowledge of, excel and microsoft.
