Line Worker
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a beverage manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality beverage products while supporting a clean, safety-focused production environment. - Operate and monitor production lines to ensure efficient, high-quality output
- Load and unload materials, including cases of finished product and raw ingredients
- Assist with packaging and labeling of completed products
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues
- Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Capacity to stand and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Ability to lift 20–25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfort working around alcohol-based products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn GMP standards (no experience required—entry-level welcome!)
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including noise, dust, and moving equipment
